Refund Policy

At PatentMind, we are committed to providing our users with the highest level of service and satisfaction. Because our platform delivers immediate digital access to proprietary AI tools and automated patent services, our refund policy reflects the nature of these instant-use offerings.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • A duplicate charge or accidental subscription renewal occurred.

  • A technical issue on our end prevented access to the AI platform or core features within the first 7 days of purchase.

  • You were charged but did not receive access to your account or purchased plan.

Refund requests that do not meet these conditions (e.g., user dissatisfaction after full access or completed AI searches/drafts) may not qualify, as access to the platform constitutes full service delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Completed AI patent searches, reports, or draft generations.

  • Provisional or full USPTO filing submissions initiated through the platform.

  • Any service that has already been accessed or downloaded.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Once canceled, you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

Include your account email, transaction ID, and a short explanation of the issue. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
